Can you exercise more than once a day?  Maybe some short exercise periods - 10 minutes or so.  Park in the far part of the parking lot.  Take a few 5-10 minute walks during the day.

This might be off topic, however, I need to lose 40 pounds in about half a year.  I eat healthy but my major problem is I get hungry all the time and I only can walk for 30 minutes a day due to my asthma symptoms.  I am currently on symbicourt.

What do I do? How can I lose weight over this period? I want to lose about 1-2 pounds per week.
I have asked my doctor what to do, but he didn&#039;t know and just said to eat less and exercise.  The problem is I am hungry all day and I do exercise, but the weight isn&#039;t dropping?  Heres what I usually have in a day:

Breakfast:
skim Milk
1 tbsp jam
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 grain bread 150 calories

Lunch:
skim Milk
1/2 chicken breast, dry, without marination or butter of course
1 cup basmati rice plain
1 onion
5 tbsp tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers chopped up with lime juice

Dinner:
Usually the same as breakfast and milk.

Snack:
Milk, banana, apple, some carrots

I usually walk around 4:00 P.M. for roughly 30 minutes a day.  I have no thyroid problem but MAY be suffering from depression, adhd, or an anxiety disorder (psychologist)
